Ordering Information
We are committed to creating a quality experience for you every time you place an order with Bedazzled. We want you to be happy with the products we offer; therefore, we have outlined the following order information so that we can provide you the same superior customer service every time.

Online Ordering
Ordering online is safe, simple and secure. Simply place the item into the cart and proceed to the checkout. The shopping cart will guide you through the steps. If you have any problems, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Order Processing
We have stock on hand in our retail outlets and warehouse. We want you to be able to enjoy your new manchester as quickly as possible, so we aim to process and ship all orders within 2 working days. Most orders should arrive within 7 days.

Payment
We accept VISA and MasterCard. We also accept Money Orders and Personal Cheques payable to Bedazzled, however we will not ship any items until the payment is processed. There is a fee of $25 for returned cheques. Sorry, we do not accept cash or CODs for online purchases.

Shipping
We provide standard shipping through Australia Post and Courier services. Larger items being sent by courier will need to be signed for on delivery.

GST
GST of 10 percent is charged on all orders to Australia, and is automatically included in the cost of each item.

Returns
We guarantee your satisfaction with the Bedazzled range of products. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will be glad to Exchange the item. Please contact our Customer Service department before returning any merchandise. You may contact us at (03) 5523 3327 or email sales@bedazzledonline.com.au. When you contact us, please tell us the reason for your return or exchange. You will be asked to provide your Order Number from your invoice, and then you will be issued a Return Tracking Number (RTN). Please keep a copy of this number for your records and include it with the item you are returning. The RTN must be enclosed in order to receive a refund. Returned items should be new and unused, in their original packaging. Items must be received within 30 days of order. Please do not ship items without first contacting us.

For your security, please return your item with a reliable courier and retain your order information. Bedazzled is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Faulty Merchandise
We understand that circumstances beyond our control will sometimes result in faulty merchandise. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement of such damaged or defective shipments. We strive for top quality with every product shipped. If for any reason you are unhappy with your item, please contact the Bedazzled Customer Service team.

Backorders
If an item you order is currently out of stock, we will contact you via email or phone.
